300 Assiniboine soars above Assiniboine Avenue’s treeline, at 25-storeys and 234 units, with the design paying tribute to its local context—an urban park. The design connects the high-rise to the neighbouring Bonnycastle Park through a two-storey east-facing glazed lobby and grand covered entry plaza.

Commercial units also appear on the main floor, including Fête Ice Cream & Coffee, a local business serving sweet treats and warm delights to pedestrians while townhouse-style units featuring front porch access underscore residents' sense of place.

Inside, the design incorporates various suite floor plans offering unique residential experiences that allow interior spaces to reach out and interact with activity on all sides. Amenities in the building include a fitness facility and a fully equipped multi-purpose area for entertaining.

Meanwhile, the design of the landscape of engages and activates the street along with the adjacent park, riverwalk and bicycle path. Our team worked extensively with the City of Winnipeg regarding the building's integration with the adjacent park parcels.

300 Assiniboine soars above the avenue's treeline, at 25-storeys and 234 units. By day, contrasting coloured precast finishes highlight the building, while at night, beacons of light greet commuters on the Maryland and Queen Elizabeth Way bridges, indicating their sense of arrival in Downtown Winnipeg. Moreover, when it was built, 300 Assiniboine was the first high-rise complex to mark the downtown skyline in over two decades.
